I just bought a bottle of head and shoulders but i don't know if it's helping or not, I don't use it every day, mainly because I'm trying out the caster oil which is supposed to break down lumps in the skin and even tumors, I just started but I've been thinking about it for a while, i believe i found the information on Instagram from a health instructor Barbara McNeil or O'Neil, she's been right about everything else she's spoken on ,it's kinda sticky but it's great skin moisturizer without all the toxins of lotions and other moisturizers, but I am going to try my magic healer that Carlacloud shared with us. I found Epsomsalts to be pretty good at draining out toxins in the skin including with hs lesions.

I don't know about Head and Shoulders but I use baby shampoo as a body wash because it's gentler on skin
