A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was on humira for a few months seemed to work decently. Then got switched to the biosimilar because insurance obviously and my dermatologist has agreed today that it does not seem effective so I'm doing the onboarding doses of cosentyx the next couple weeks hoping for improvement and insurance approval if everything goes well

A myHSteam Member

I'm currently waiting for a screening test to see if I can start biological treatments and I have a flare up in an intimate area and seems it is multiple abscesses and they are all joined together, it's uncomfortable to sit lay walk or do anything. I have only been given codamol and taking ibuprofen and nothing is helping. I have tried hot and cold treatments, bathing in epsom salts, hibiscrub and nothing is helping at all.
