It really does make a difference the clothes you wear if you can avoid synthetic fibers like polyester or poly blend lycra type stuff, except maybe on rare occasions, and stick to baggy cotton threads it's best I think. I sleep in big ss white t shirts so I can bleach them too and get white towels and washcloths for same reason.
