Does Anyone Experience Aches N Pains In Hips And Joints? Does The Inflammatory Part Cause This?

Someone suggested this might be connected to auto immune disorders? Mine is just in a real flare up for groin area and I could swear my hips n joints are just so painful right now.

I was getting radio frequency ablations every six months for back pain which the back pain doctors attributed to ruptured discs in the lower back. That pain stopped two months after being prescribed Humira for HS. My back continues to be extremely improved.
