Linda, I read the article. Wow, I have drank coke for many years. Lately though, I have been drinking Fanta (made by Coke) when I allow myself sugar. It has sugar but no caffeine. I drink quite a bit of orange juice too. Tea, unsweetened with lemon, is good but has caffeine. Can't win for losing unless you drink just plain lemon water. Hope your day is good. Have to get the hungry husband something cooked. He is still at work now.
