I do not have a severe case. I've had great results with laser hair removal.

I also tried Accutane - I wouldn't recommend. Didn't help at all, and I'm pretty sure it made me type 2 dietetic. I had to stop in my 3rd month because my triglycerides went nuts.

Had good results with skin overall on Keto/ Carnivore diet.
