I have a open wound that just won't heal and it's very painful never had this before this whole thing is a very new to me
Cover them with paper towel bandages
I would not do i. I would baby it. Hot towel/cold compress. Cover with a good paper towel, a little Vaseline on paper and tape. The puss should start coming out. Good luck

The best you can. Topicals help, but the discharge is constant. For me, a lot of diapers.😞
