Man, I am so fed up with this monster I am using Vicks, Manuka Honey, and Neosoporin on these bad boys. I am seeing some improvement. However I think that is because I ditched the diapers. They make me sweat down there and being wet isn't helping with the healing. You have to keep these suckers as dry as possible. I'm 4 months in using Humira I think it is helping. We need to remember when prescribed meds we need to take them until they are gone. In other words half way through you can't say this isn't working and stop them (Antibiotics are the exception) for me at least. After about 6 weeks on a particular antibiotic I may stop using them because of the damage they can cause.

I am on Humira weekly too...

Emu aid works too, but so expensive I am trying this. So far cooling....lol

I say go for it. Try it and see if it works. I am just throwing anything at mine right now.

I have used an off brand Chest rub. Have not noticed the management of pain but I am used to that now. Also my HS is not angry at me right now.

It has helped with the smell for sure. I have purchased an OTC cream that has silver in it, a salve from Amazon the is supposed to be healing for HS and am taking daily colloidal silver. Prescribed meds are spironolactone and Doxycycline, once daily. Had to do something as I am waiting for the Cocentyx rx assist.
