I’ve Never Had It Look Like This With The Blood. What Should I Do? Cover It Up During The Day?

It looks bad.. I'm sorry.. I would wash it with hibiclens.. if you have it.. then add a skin protector.. maybe desitin.. and cover it... I've been covering mine with toilet paper or wound dressing.. because the bandaids have been irritating my skin

You could try wearing a feminine pad, the thin foam kind like always infinity, folded and stuck onto the sleeve/underarm of a T-shirt to help absorb the blood or drainage. Sometimes keeping things dry helps it be less irritated. Hugs my friend

The lumps are open & infected that’s why are draining blood. Clean it with warm water & apply hot compress on it to stop the swollen area.

The correct spelling is Ichthammol it's a black tarry stinky ointment, old school stuff and another good one is Boil Ease they both help bring the boil to a head. Boil ease has lidocaine in it for the pain my armpits looks like yours all the time just use hibiclens to clean apply ointment and loosely cover
