Maybe just keep the hairs trimmed (with a personal trimmer) as short as possible ...... no shaving or creams. That's what I do in my groin area.

Hi Shane. My Dermatologist told me not to use Hair Removal Cream or Razors. It burns and irritates the skin.🙂

I am wanting to try laser hair removal, but the price has stood in my way. My skin is pretty sensitive to things in general so I wouldn’t personally use hair removal cream in the areas that are prone to HS. If your skin isn’t really sensitive in general, you could try using it in a small area and see how it goes for you.

Shane, Sorry, sent message before I was done. But, I do see your point, if there is no hair to invert, h.s. is also called acne inversa, then it should make it better. However, it did not work for me.
