My dermatologist advised panoxyl and follow up with clindamycin cream. It’s been working for me

My dermatologist advised me to use Hibiclens as body wash from now on.

Just to add to everyone's comments, we use a clean white washcloth every shower. I never reuse one or use any kind of loofah. Stay away from anything to irritate the area.

Hi I use Hibiclens Body Wash Soap I ordered from Amazon and so far so good and I use a bath sponge 🧽 to apply it.

Dove sensitive skin if I can’t get anything better. Hibiclense or Cln antibacterial body wash if I’m fighting an active boil especially. I also have lume brand acidified body wash and it hasn’t caused me any problems and can help combat odors.
