You might have more than one thing going on. Maybe you’ve picked up an intestinal/stomach bug or gotten food poisoning. Another possibility is if you are on an antibiotic or some other medications it could be a side effect of the medication. I’m so sorry you are so sick. It might be worth going in to the Dr. if you feel like it’s getting out of control just to make sure something more serious isn’t going on. I hope you get feeling better soon.
