Same here I just had 3 done and I bought Knix underwear (less abrasive) and they are very comfortable considering the HS and the underwear actually help the bandage stay in place most of the time (I am allergic to adhesive so I’ve just been using gauze!

😁 👇👇 this was a track from HS that I personally had removed and as you can see it was left open just like in the photo for it to heal and reform new skin
No skin graft or anything like that and it was not pain free 🆓 and I was able to walk 🚶 straight after surgery 😁 HS devil 😈 🔫 dead 💀 😁

If you are talking about excision it is the same as anywhere else the remove it then dressing is actually easier (for me at least) because your panties will hold it in place and your are less likely to get urine on it! Hopefully this is what you were looking for
