Yes Accutane dried all of mine up 40mg twice a day for six months did the trick.

RichardSHenrie. I was prescribed roaccutane at double the recommended dose for double the recommended length of time. Worked is a relative term. Yes it suppressed my HS while I was on it but the side effects on my liver were terrible. Eventually I had to stop the "treatment ".

My issue is this. I'm level 3 in both of my arm pits.
I do a daily hot compress with designated rags and hot water.
I was using clyndamyacin for a couple of months but didn't really help.
I bought an off the shelf acne wash so hot compress then acne wash, wait 10 min, wash them apply an antibiotic ointment.
That said, I've noticed the ointment makes me ooze a lot more.

Another thing I've tried is spraying peroxide on my Pitts. Honestly a think it works best. I'll have a bit of relief for a day or two.
I've even shot peroxide into the tunnels with a syringe and then follow w saline to cleanse.

So over this..

Same here I am draining everywhere.
