Telfa pads really helped me. You can get him in any pharmaceutical store. They don't stick their easy to put on they stay well.

Full on maxi pads seems the only out especially when it comes to them on the outer lip area. Panty liners just don’t seem to cut it for me at times when it comes to the amt of drainage at times depending on the site of them.

Oddly, once I stopped covering mine, they cleared up. It also depends on the type of job I had. I, too, worse the boxer briefs to keep myself covered under my scrubs. After quitting healthcare and moving to office administrator duties, it made a significant difference as well. Less vigorous actives, I suppose.

I go commando when I'm home but when I need to work or go out and my lesions need to be covered, I wear girl boxers. It help hold the dressings in place.
