I use CBD gummies 25mg. It's gotten me through. I'm allergic to any opioid or pain medicine. The gummies are easy to melt and I haven't had anything else in over 5 yrs. My doctor's suggested that I investigate them and I even was given samples to try. They worked and I have no breakthrough pain.
