Anyone Experience Swollen Lymph Nodes In Groin From Chronic Flares?

I was diagnosed last month with lymphedema I start occupational therapy in a couple of days. I don't think mine is related to my H.S though it's in my lower leg where they thought I had cellulitis I once had a DVT in that leg that was really bad I almost died. I'm curious what kind of therapy is going to help
