Yes to the Vicks vapor rub!! I'm a true believer in that stuff lol it helps with headaches, muscle aches, toothache, ear aches, itching , toenail fungus,etc... I sometimes have to rub my entire body down with it and will sleep like a baby😁

I use fractionated coconut oil. Not the kind you use to cook with but the kind you use for essential oils. Sometimes I use vitamin e oil.
