I had been tested for allergies, which, I do have a lot if allergies. I cannot commit to saying it contributed to my HS. I am overweight, use ecigs, and get stressed out. Since I don't inhale and my thighs don't rub together I attribute mine to stress.

I take allergy tablets for itch it helps

Hi Maribeth!! I have been tested for allergies and while I do have a lot of allergies. I don’t believe they helped with HS. But what didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. It was a lot of trial and errors. I’m stage 3, my derm put me on Cosentxy about 6-7 months ago and it’s a total game changer!! The lesions are just about gone, all ihave are the sinus tracts and I’ll need surgery for that. Hope this helps! Good luck to you!
