Odor in HS is often caused by bacteria. Here are some tips to help manage it:

1. Use antibacterial or anti-yeast body washes
2. Try clinical-strength antiperspirants at night to reduce sweat and bacteria.
3. Consider natural odor eliminators like witch hazel or diluted apple cider vinegar (test for sensitivities first).

Hello Nicholas. I have this kind of problem too. If the smell is coming from the wounds, there is nothing you can do except change the dressing often.
If it is a problem of sweating in the armpits, chlorhexidine is effective in destroying any lingering odor. If the smell comes from the face (sebum), it could be due to a liver problem.
Best regards
