Vulva outbreaks are usually caused by tight underwear, synthetics, and friction, sweating against sanitary pads. Pads have chemicals from glue and no telling what. I can wear pads during the day but can’t wear them hardly at all at night because I sweat during the night and can’t check myself. I’m just glad I don’t get HS like I used to. Don’t have it right now. Yeah!

Didn’t work for me at all. Germicidal for a week then going with gentle unperfumed soap like cereve works for me. Antibacterials long term destroy skin microbiome balance and breaks down the skin with multiple infections with germs and funguses battling it out.anti ancterials and antibiotics are not the answer. They are only needed for emergencies and short term if at all like maybe for sepsis or mrsa.

Clindamycin phosphate is commonly used as a topical antibiotic for mild hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). It helps reduce inflammation and bacterial load on the skin. While wipes aren't specifically mentioned in my knowledge base, topical clindamycin in other forms (like gels or solutions) is often effective for localized flare-ups. Results can vary, so it's best to consult your doctor to see if it's suitable for you.
