Can Anyone Recommend A Good Dermatologist For HS In San Antonio Texas

San Antonio, TX

No one has ever been able to help me or give me answers. I’ve had this since I was probably 10. Scared and never said anything. I’m 33 now and still scared but I cannot live like this now that I’m a mom and can’t stay in bed to recover. I would tell my OB and she would see it but never help. Same with ER doctors they always said it was a staph infection..Would like to find someone with answers and who can help 🙏🏼

Ask to be referred to dermatologist. My sister is taking Risankizumab it's a trial and it's free through UCDAVIS hospital. I saw it online and I told my sister and she called and got accepted. This has helped her tremendously. She has had it for 20 years and she is in great spirits. Lost count of surgeries. This drug is amazing. Ask if you can be part of this trial in your area. Hopefully thy offer the trial in your area or find out when you will be able to get it prescribed. She has tried many other treatments and this one is the best.

Wow! Is something like that expensive? They lanced it that night, and also once at an urgent care med clinic in between my buttocks. I could hardly walk as I was desperate. I’m honestly scared to see a dr because I know they will just say we’ll lose weight and it will go away. Use this body wash and it will go away.. etc.. I’m glad the surgery has helped you and that your getting the feeling back in your arm 🙏🏼

er doctors could never help me either. Once they tried to lance one of my inflammations in the er. Thankfully some one there knew it was not a boil. and sent me to a surgeon. I had to have all of my skin from under my arm removed and had a skin graph. The new skin works great. it has been 8 years now, I had lost some feeling in my underarm , but lately I bee feeling it come back.
