Only thing missing is a scoop dug out the middle in the front and add pilonidal cyst removal in the back. Unfortunately for me this provided only short term relief. It's been 20 years and the surgery site still gets these area that fill with lord knows what until it opens and drains. Right now things aren't going so well. Doctor's aren't much help and I'm miserable.
