Beer And HS.
My question is probably out of left field but here we go. Since my HS diagnosis I've been trying to nail down triggers, especially food and drink. I've had great success lowering incidents by removing dairy and anything with yeast in it like bread.
However, I love beer. But since beer is brewed with yeast typically, I had to give it up (with the occasional exception).

Have you tried non-alcoholic beers? Athletic is awesome and very crafty, they have everything from IPA to sours. I assume the process for taking out the alcohol also destroys the yeast? But i have no idea, something to look into!
