Yes I have. I have HS in both my armpits. I have a pus leakage 24/7 and sometimes it goes with blood.

If the infection is gone you can stop bleeding with herbs that contain tannins. The tannins shrink and close the hole gradually. Only problem is tannins are very drying and irritate the surface of the skin. I shrunk a bleeding hole. It took a month and a half of applying 2 to 3 times a day and it was in a terrible place next to where I urinate so was very hard to keep bandaged. I used waterproof bandages and mixed half Benadryl antiseptic lotion with half powdered nutmeg and put it just on the hole. It relieved the pain and smelled good. Then after some days if it got irritating I would not use it and put preparation h on it which didn’t work as well but let my skin recover. After it was soothed for a few days I went back to the benedryl nutmeg mix. I just mixed it half and half into a paste. Only problem is you can only put this on a single hole. You can’t cover large areas with it because you’ll overdose on benedryl and high dose of nutmeg is toxic. But small area for a single sore is ok. They say black tea will work too. But don’t use the first brew from a tea babe because the tannins are too strong and will dry out the skin in a very painful way. So use a second brew of the same tea bag and soak it in gauze and tape it onto the area. Both tea and nutmeg kill fungi, bacteria, viruses. Walmart has house brand cheaper version of Benadryl lotion of Equate brand, Don’t try to close a hole if it still has pus. You have to go back to draining it if it gets pus. If it is just blood you can close it. Like I said, it may take a month and a half to 2 months to close it by being consistent keeping this on there all the time. Have to keep it up until there is no trace of the opening. But this method also helps the pain.
