When I was a teenager I didn't know what it was I used to make a needle really hot with a flame to disinfect it and also to make it really hot then I would just go through and through. Those areas don't have skin any more cause it Burnt it. But I can't do that anymore too scared too painful

Let it be . Just take medicine for fever it will help with the pain. Your body will take care of it.

It’s not a good idea to aggravate or pop any infected sites because it can spread permanently damage the skin and other things seek medical assistance before doing it on your own

Waiting.... but in the meantime a hot poultice to draw it out and when you see a head, lance it with a sterile needle if you can't/won't go for medical assistance.
