- Avoid Squeezing: Do not squeeze the lump as it can cause more inflammation and pain.

Always be cautious and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure or if the condition worsens.

You need those two places to open and drain. Once it has completely drained of pus it it leaks fresh red blood then you must get it to close without any bacteria in it. That means you have to keep it sterilized with alcohol or something and use something drying that will shrink the holes. I used nutmeg mixed with topical antiseptic lotion that was just a gel with camphor and Benadryl on mine. Then when the nutmeg got irritating I switched to just the Be daryl lotion and it that was irritated used soothing and shrinking ability Preparation H. If the sore gets huge and out of control have to go to hospital and have excised. What I used only works for small bumps.
