Yes you can, I'm almost 7 months now with my 2nd child

I was worried about this too but lately I come to know I was wrong people with hs had 2 3 kids during that time so nothing to get worry about😊

My 1st pregnancy I had no issues I had gotten 1 and thought nothing of it, it burst on its own and that was it. But this 2nd one I have had flare ups and pain but I have gotten this numbing cream and I feel nothing when I use it

Does it get worse?

I couldn't carry more than a few pregnancies glad I'm in early menopause
