OK well I am 40yrs old and on SSI and SSDI. I applied online in April and was approved by June. I listed my Dr's and they got the Information together. I filed on physical however I have severe mental problems and I was approved for the mental. And then after 2 years SSI files for disability for you and you don't have to pay a lawyer or anything. I have HS and on top of the physical pain it causes it also causes mental and emotional. So you might want to try how I done it. I didn't have to get a lawyer or anything. Good luck to you!

I received benefits 22 years ago. I might’ve been one of the first. Have your dermatologist right a letter stating that this disease is on curable. And the pain from moving your arms causes you to work any job because you need your arms and your hands to work.
