Hi, Has Anyone Considered Changing From Humira To Cosentyx?

I have finally reached a point where Humira is not effective for HS. They finally approved Cosentyx as a medication for HS. They told me it would not be as harsh on the immune system and that it might help me. Is anyone considering it?

I just started cosentyx. Had the first 300mg dose Monday. I'm hoping this helps even just a little bit. My Doc has been trying all different kinds of antibiotics and other drugs before starting cosentyx building a case for the insurance company.

Karen, I have that same situation. My doctor has switched me to cosentyn, but I have not been pre-approved yet, I've been waiting over a month now. I don't know what is happening with that or these doctors . I'm presently being seen by wound care for HS.

They switched me from humira to Remicade cause I built up antibodies now upping dosage n if that don work onto cosentyx. I wanna just switch now!!!!
