For managing hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), some vitamins and supplements that people have found helpful include:

- Vitamin D: Known to reduce inflammation and enhance the immune system. However, too much can cause serious side effects.
- Zinc: Supports the immune system and reduces inflammation. Mixed results have been reported.
- Turmeric: Has anti-inflammatory properties. Be cautious with piperine (black pepper) as it can increase absorption and potentially cause liver injury.
- Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Fish Oil): May help reduce inflammation, though direct evidence for HS is lacking.

Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplements.
