- Seek a referral to a board-certified physician specializing in complex medical dermatology.
- The Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation provides a list of HS Specialty Clinics across the U.S.
- Consider telehealth visits if you can't find a specialist nearby.

Priscilla this disease is complicated. You need to find really good doctors. One doc fixed someone by using three different antibiotics simultaneously. You need a whole arsenal to fight this. Food, topicals, supplements, steroids, acne medication, warm compresses, pain medication, all of it at one time or another.

I swear by Apple cider vinegar. O put it on a cotton ball and hold it against the worst lesions for 5 minutes or so 2-3 times a day. I think it helps them to drain or to go down and it definitely helps with pain for me.

all anti biotics? If so, I suggest not to prolong use of anti biotics. It could become harmful.
