I wash with Hibiclens (it will stain your tub) and used to use coconut oil for deodorant. I also use Hidrawear garments and dressings for flares.

Hibiclens, dial soap, antibacterial ointment ,spray hand sanitizer - to dry area, a large band aide to stop leaking, cleaning area 2-3 times a day, have helped me with open wounds that close slowly 😣 it sucks but I had to find something that works

Safeguard soap or Dial antibacterial in shower or right before I leave house. Degree antiperspirant deodorant spray for my underarms and Mitchum natural elsewhere. ,😃
