im sorry to hear that! I kinda had a similar situation after my abcess removal surgery on my armpit. The scar tissue also started to break down and also developed a hole. Only thing that helped me was desinfecting the are multiple times during the day, additionaly, I applied Fucidine Ointment 15g after desinfecting. and closed the wound from two sides with a plaster. So the wound will get a little bit of air while still beaing protected. Eventuallly the area got better with time. Im sending hugs and alot of strength.

I wish I could give you a hug. What you are going through is so hard. It is the worst when you are doing all the things you’re supposed to do to get better and you end up worse than before you started. Please don’t give up. You are so much more than just a person with HS. Do something today that will make you smile. It won’t make the HS problems go away, but it will help you feel better. Keep fighting for yourself and make sure you get the medical care you need. It’s so frustrating how long some of these things take to heal. Please know you have a friend here cheering you on ❤️
