I suffered from significant allergies in the past but, about a year ago I heard about Allermi nasal spray. I've been on it for almost a year and am doing great! I used to be dependent on Vicks Sinex and Afrin but, no longer. Allermi spray has been amazing and I now only need to use it as needed. I hope this info helps. Best wishes!

I have personally invested in a humidifier in my bedroom which works great and with some oral over the counter Zyrtec a combination of the two helps tremendously. Keep in mind there are different solutions for each of us that will give us relief. We just have to rule out what works and what doesn't by trial and error.
