In my groin. I’ve got one long term under the skin lump which has bouts of soreness, it’s been great lately (I came off a 2 month course antibiotics two weeks ago) and is now showing a little irritation since the weekend. I’ve got steroid cream I’m going to use to hopefully settle it down
