I was not keen on cutting out everything lol we’re all human. I found a treatment that worked well for me and incorporated tumeric, zinc, omega 3, vitamin c and vitamin d into my daily routine. I found this helped a bit , but finding a preventative treatment and deroofing the spots that wouldn’t stop really did it in for me. Hope this helps💕
