Certainly! Here are some tips for managing hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) under the breasts:

1. Choose the Right Bra:
- Avoid bras with tight elastic bands, metal wires, or a lot of lace.
- Opt for bras with removable padding so you can replace the padding with dressings.
- Consider sports bras, bra tank tops, or maternity/nursing bras for better comfort.

2. Consider Bra Material:
- Look for bras made from cotton or bamboo-based fabrics, which are softer and more breathable than nylon or polyester.

3. Use Bra Liners:
- Over-the-counter bra liners can be more effective than tissues or paper towels for absorbing moisture and reducing friction.

4. Try HS-Specific Clothing:
- Products like HidraWear offer washable and reusable garments with special pockets for dressings, which can help keep them in place.

5. Experiment With Dressings and Adhesives:
- Different products work for different people. If tape or adhesives irritate your skin, try gentler options like paper tape or Hypafix Dressing Retention Tape.
- Ensure the affected areas are clean before applying dressings. Wash your hands, rinse the area with warm water, use a gentle soap, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry.

By following these tips, you may feel more comfortable, decrease irritation, and reduce friction in the affected areas. Always seek medical advice if necessary.
