Morning ☀️ I use fresh aloe Vera leaf, I cut it on half & warm up for 10 seconds then I put on in my armpits Aloe Vera is very good. I have three aloe Vera plants. You can buy a single leaf at Walmart. Have a nice day 🦋😊

Oh I never thought of this. I bought an aloe Vera gel today which has silver in it to try, but I'm guessing the straight from the plant may be better. Thanks

Managing swelling and redness in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) can be challenging, but here are some effective strategies:

- Warm Compresses: Apply a wet, warm washcloth or teabag to the affected area for about 10 minutes to help reduce swelling and ease pain.
- Ice Packs: For bruising, apply an ice pack to the area for 48 to 72 hours, then switch to heat.
- Topical Medications: Over-the-counter hydrocortisone creams can help with irritation. For more potent options, consult your dermatologist.
- Pain Relief: Over-the-counter pain medications like ibuprofen can help with pain and inflammation. Always check with your doctor before starting new medications.
- Compression: Use absorbent bandages and apply pressure to prevent fluid reaccumulation in burst boils.

Always consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
