I use Vagasil Anti-Itch Wipes for the itchiness and cucumber scented baby wipes from Walmart and that seems to work for me. Good luck hun!

I use baby wipes after bowel movements and then blot dry. And for itching I sit on Ice Packs, they help greatly to make the itching stop. You can also try heat. I haven't tried that since the ice packs work for me. I also use desitin for the soreness and Americane.
