Does Anyone Know If HS Causes One To Have A High White Blood Cell Count?

I have a very high white blood cell count and have had bloodwork sent to a hematologist twice, also sent to a cancer clinic because it could be a sign of leukaemia, but they could find nothing! I assume it could be high due to fighting the inflammation.
