Love yall’s suggestions from your own experiences. Thanks mainly to our team, I began using vitamins over two years ago, use liquid antibacterial soap instead of bar soap, watching my intake of sugar and carbs, use epsom salt when I feel a flare is about to come-

Clindamycin and Doxycycline antibiotics help when it gets bad from time to time. I also use colloidal oatmeal baths from time to time and I discovered on my own awhile back that using spray deodorant instead of the stick because there’s no cross contamination/exposure between showers, etc

I use only my hands to wash. I use CLn body wash, aloe vera body wash, or manuka honey. I use Clindamycin topical and bandage to draw out cysts. I was on Humira which gave me a side effect of psoriasis. I only use antibiotics, doxycycline monohydrate if I get a really big boil that will not burst. My h s. has gotten better in my groin and somewhat under my breasts. However, now I have a new illness that was most likely drug induced by this biologic. I do not believe in using them at this time. Stay out of the heat, wear loose clothes, and stay away from sugar and cheese. So far, I haven't had a problem with milk being a trigger as lots of ppl on here have said. It is necessary to have some kind of support from family, support groups, or a psychiatrist to deal with the constant battle. I have had h.s. now 31 years. I have had a few incise and drains performed in office. I have started using my magic healer also, which I can't tell if it is helping or not.

I do Sonia! It's a mix of three things I put direct on my skin. CBD oil, jojoba oil & coconut oil. I haven't ever put a cbd pain cream on an open abscess but I do put that oil directly on one.

Unscented goats milk soap, goats milk soap with activated charcoal (every 3rd day) and hemp cbd (both orally and topical) and a cbg concentrate oil (been using 2 weeks but have seen marked improvements on my skin)
