- Oatmeal Baths: Finely ground oatmeal added to a lukewarm bath can provide relief from itchiness.
- Epsom Salt Baths: Soaking in a bath with Epsom salts may help reduce inflammation and pain.
- Barrier Creams: Creams with zinc oxide, like Desitin or A+D Ointment, can protect the skin and minimize irritation.
- Hydrocortisone Cream: This can help with swelling, itching, and irritation.
- Pramoxine: A topical anesthetic found in some over-the-counter products like Neosporin can relieve itching.

Always test a small amount of any new product on your skin before applying it widely, and consult with your dermatologist before trying new treatments.
