I use nursing pads when I have flare ups under my breasts. They adhere to my bra and adsorb great!

I am fortunate to have HS in only 1 place....in my groin. I think if I had lesions under my breasts, I would deal with them the same. Panty liners would be my best friend in that area and I would bandage. Bandaging has really helped me in my groin for cushioning lesions. I would think it would be really helpful especially wearing a bra.
