Primaries usually don’t know much. Dermatologist treat and if real bad with lots of pus and won’t drain or have multiple heads the ER is best to cut and drain them.

Have you tried applying Hot towels? Hydrocortisone Ointment? Clindamycin Phosphate Lotion on the areas? Please calm down so you won't flare more.
