I have had a 'cyst' for a over a year. It does not drain unless I squeeze it and it is mostly blood. It normally doesn't get inflamed but if it does, it is not major. It only hurts if I try to squeeze it. My derm says it's HS. I'd like to take my chances and have someone lance it. When it first presented, I thought it was an ingrown hair from waxing.
