So I'm in a bit of a spot with my HS. I'm British so I realise I'm lucky to have access to NHS care. I had an I&D surgery last year for an abcess in my left armpit. It formed a 5cm deep sinus track, and I had 9 months of daily packing and dressings before I had plastic surgery to remove it. But it's been 6 weeks post surgery, and it's bad. Best Deoderant?
I haven't used deodorant or shaved in two years. I have recently noticed increased flares in underarms as I age. With this comes the embarrassing oder with HS leakage. HELP❣️
The second day after feeling a flare I put Aloe Vera Oil under arms and draining stopped and after 2 weeks dried up. Now an occasional itch. Try it it may work for you.

I get that too. I don’t know how to get rid of them. When I shave, especially often, they seem to get worse. So the best I have figured out myself is to shave less often and always use a clean razor.
