When I switched to boxer briefs (for women), it slowed the and reduced the number of that presented at the same time. I’ll have to look at the ones on Amazon, but I get mine from TomboyX. Changing your underwear is a great idea......I buy Womens Boy Shorts Underwear from Amazon......they are like snug fitting shorts. I have always bandaged as well. If you use gauze and a bandage it will cushion the area which will help with the pain! For long term, I am on the keto diet and in complete remission....let me know if you are interested!
