How Do You Prevent Flare-ups Down There?
I wipe the areas with witch hazel 2X per day. I have a Rubbermaid container that I fill up with 4x4 pads and soak them in the witch hazel. I've found that dry and clean are my trick to preventing flare ups. Hope this helps!

Depends on where it is and if it may agitate a lesion. If it's big enough and you have no flare-ups or it is spaced out, you can squeeze it out. Salicylic acid may also help to get rid of them.
