Food that causes inflammatory triggers such as cheese & dairy, processed foods, fatty red meat, cured meat (sausages, prosciutto)….and a super trigger is ALCOHOL, SMOKING, STRESS & OVERWEIGHT

I researched what foods triggered HS. Nightshade and cows dairy. I did an elimination diet, where I didn’t eat any of the foods at least for 30-60-90 days. Typically 30 is fine. Then I slowly introduced one food group. For a week. Then as soon as I got flare or pain, I knew it was a trigger.

Mine was immediately. I ate a French fry (white potato) and automatically the areas started to burn and swell and drain heavier. Same with cows dairy. That was my response

Night shade foods, eating too much dairy, too much sugar.

I’ve accomplished this around 90% and have lost 65 plus pounds since May of 2022.

I’ve also noticed that eating too many fried foods can also cause outbreaks as well.

I haven’t had an outbreak since Aug/Sept of last year so e so.
